Extreme Agenda App Reviews

This is a fine calendaring app. I really like the interface. There are a couple of things that would take it from a 4-5 for me though. The ability to export information to Word or another app is very important to me. The other thing would be the ability to assign notes to contacts and have the contacts have events and tasks associated to them. Keep working guys, I appreciate your efforts.

Erased appointments repeatedly. Can not make photos part of schedule.

Extreme Agenda is one of only a select few apps on iTunes that effectively integrates Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. All is done in a user-friendly interface that anyone can use. Looks great, clean and as simple or detailed as you could want. Love the icons (but wishing for more!). This 5star rating is a slam dunk.

Pretty good overall. Wish there were some important things it could do. And when it gets deleted and has to be re downloaded everything is gone and must be reset up.

Organizes your day, repeat activities & your to do list. Simple format, nothing complicated... Keeps me on track for the things that are needed to be done that day.

Light, quick, but with enough features to satisfy all needs. I feel a lot better about my day when I use Extreme Agenda as my helper!

I love this calendar. I use it for home reminders and I have it connected to my work account that uses business gmail, so it does connect to google calendars. Very customizable. Havent had any bad experiences with it.

I continue to be amazed by the features packed into this app. Better than any of the other calendar replacement apps.

Extreme Agenda provides all that is required to keep ones busy life on track. All of the information is right there without the need to switch out to another app. Too, the functionality exceeds that of the native iOS apps (especially the iOS calendar that is worse than lame). I have tried other agenda/calendar apps, but always return to Extreme Agenda. Highly recommended! 01Oct2015: As with my previous review l find this most recent version (4.31) to provide an excellent calendar/task app for the iPhone. Recommended without reservations.

I tested out 34 iOS "task management" apps before I found this one. Most of the others could handle tasks/reminders OR calendar events, but not both, or if they could handle both, most of them couldnt show both at the same time. There was either a task/reminder list or a calendar view. But Extreme Agenda not only handles both and can show them at the same time, but it shows them in multiple views (yearly down to daily), and it has an Agenda view, and it has the option of converting an entry from a reminder to an event and vice versa. (For instance, I can set up a recurring task as a daily calendar event, and when I finish the task for that day I can convert that one entry into a reminder with a satisfying checked box without affecting the other daily entries.) I am giving this app 4 stars because I love it and its SO helpful, but there are a few small quirks that I would like to address: - Occasionally, the app will crash to my homescreen, especially when I enter a new Reminder and then try to click on the checkbox. There are a few other times it will crash, but those seem more random. It doesnt seem to affect my data or entries, though, so for now that is just a minor annoyance. - The Alarms are annoying. When I am setting up a Reminder or an Event (especially an Event), I specifically dont select alarms because they are pretty much useless to me. However, at some point after I save the Event and then go look at it later, I see that it has Alarms set for 10 minutes and 30 minutes before. So, I pretty much have to go back in to an Event and erase these Alarms and then select apply to all other instances. I want there to be some kind of option to have all Alarms set to NONE by default unless otherwise specified. Its annoying to have to go back in and delete them when I specifically didnt set them in the first place. Overall, I LOVE this app and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a task management system (which is pretty much everyone). If the two issues I mentioned get fixed, I would be more than happy to change my rating to 5 stars.

Need to be able to delete templates and edit categories that are no longer used. More category colors.

Love this app! The only thing is, it has stopped syncing with my Calendar app on my MacBook Air all of a sudden!

Great App!

Using the app for few years now. A truly productive all in one app for task & priority management...Also the creators keep continuously improving the app, which is much appreciated.

Bought this app wanting to really love it. I put in several new reminders this morning, opened the app again and they are gone. Money and time wasted...

Loves this calendar. Especially the privacy features & the feature of locking events.

Blows all of the others out of the water! More features than all the other calendar apps
