Have to say that the shift between the pages could be faster, you get a feeling that the page is stuck.

I tried it expecting nothing. I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful layout and superb functionality.

So many options! Updates are fantastic! Looks great & works great even for my very complex family schedule! Dropbox for back up, love the calendar icons! Alarms, reminders template events, repeating events with end dates (perfect for 1 term of swim lessons for eg.) everything I could want from a calendar app!!!

Great app! Love the flexibility in event repetition. Maybe the tasks could have a similar option in a next addition?!

Its ok It be nice to load photo to calendar people who you meet for appointment.other then that its good 

Over all Im very happy with the program. It allows me to add details to any appointment with ease. It syncs beautifully with your contacts and other calendars. I use it everyday for all my clients I love the fact that I can make it simple or as complex as I need for each appointment. I would love to see a Pro version someday that I could use on my laptop Well worth the money!!!

Some bad moments

IN SHORT: IMPROVE STABILITY! ADD MULTITASKING WITH AUTOSAVE! WORK ON COMPLETING CURRENT FEATURES! DO NOT ADD ANOTHER LOAD OF FEATURES HALF IMPLEMENTED! MAKE THIS THE KILLER APP IT COULD BE, NOT THE APP KILLER THAT IT IS, NOW! MAKE IT FIT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE AND SERIOUS USAGE! WONT NEED ANOTHER "TOY". SINCE THEN, ILL BE BACK WITH "miCal" again (less features, done better)! There are quite some calendar apps on the store. Some lightweight, some feature (over-)loaded. All of those apps (maybe 5 or 6 different) that I tested for myself (iPhone 4, iOS 5.01, Exchange account) - except of a single one (that is: "miCal") - suffer from a range of problems that renders them USELESS in the end. Each and every of them, no matter how promising they were in the beginning. And that is exactly where my worries with "Extreme Agenda" issue from, althoug this app has been improved by large with the current version (i.e. 3.0. It pisses me off even more though, knowing what EA COULD BE, but isnt): 1. STABILITY: Still crashes too often! WORK in progress is LOST, each time it crashes. AND: memory leakage. It does not free any memory when it crashed => a huge reduction in free memory (about 150 to 200 MB)! NO GO! 2. NO MULTITASKING: Each time, when the app is switched to the background and then brought to the foreground again, it starts off from whatever view was last active, BUT: again, work in progress is lost each time! AND EVEN WORSE: every single notification that shows up through iOS brings "Extreme Agenda" in the background momentarily and then when the notification is closed, it comes up like if it was switched to the background manually. WORK LOST! NO SAVE OF WORK IN PROGRESS! STUPID! 3. FEATURE MISMANAGEMENT: "Extreme Agenda" is an integrated application of big proportions and feature rich as well. While most of these features are very useful, there is an inbalance: some VERY important features (e.g. contacts linking, address book, task management) are only implemented basically with serious shortcomings, other rather minor features are there full blown (e.g. 4 levels of sensitivity: normal, personal, private, confidential) with no equivalent benefits from it. 4. USER INTERFACE: Its OK for the main part. BUT: the background and foreground colors do not go together well in some parts of this app (e.g.: try to read the text input of an event, with one of the darker background colors. It sucks!). This needs to be fine tuned with usability in mind, first and foremost! Sometimes less (colors on one page) is more! I could go on forever, bringing up a list of some 20 big points. Maybe Ill send it in to the Birdsoft support, someday. For now, I hope that Birdsoft will concentrate on the core problems of this app and improve it, so that it is a helper rather than a nuissance in everyday life. Otherwise, Ill skip this app, completely.

This app crashed after me trying to set a simple date for a task. It was the first and the last thing I tried. Its too bad cause it looked kinda powerful but come crashing is not something your Agenda can afford to do when you have serious appointments. Come on people! Sorry, but would really like a refund!

Wow...what can I say. Every time you try to view a task in depth, it crashes. No repeating tasks...no syncing.... I really expected more from a company that professes experience in this market. Very pretty interface but not much else. I guess we will have to see what they do to improve it.

Okay, I downloaded it while using dataplan. It froze and blanked out. I cleared memory, same result. I soft reset my iphone 4, still same result. re-downloaded it. Same result. Left it until I got home and downloaded it through itunes and tried again. Zip results. Not satisfied and not impressed. I presently use Week Cal and miCal along with my regular ios calendar. never had a problem with any of them and miCal just updated clearing up and speeding up. Give them a try first. This is not working right now. Ver 2.1 Hoped that they would have this worked out. installed-splash screen then dropped to regular screen, hereafter never even loaded the splash screen. Dumped it, turn iphone4 off and re-downloaded it, installed and then on the off chance something was proprietary I deleted all the other calendar programs I use. Still no dice. This is a piece of crap. If I could get my money back I would. I had hopes and was giving them a second chance. they blew it.

At first sight and use this app promises to be great. Then I tried to erase an entry and found that it is not possible to do so or erasing is too complicated because I have yet to figure it out. I am looking for the update that gives the visual of a garbage can and the ability to erase with ease. Then I will rate this app again.

I bought extreme and there are only 34 icons. There should be over 100. Whats wrong? Fix it or I want my money back.
